Govt. Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Padhar, located in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, was established on September 28, 2015. The institute operates under the Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, and is affiliated with the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). ​

Situated in V.P.O. Gawali, Tehsil Padhar, the institute aims to provide vocational training to equip students with practical skills for employment in various industries. The courses offered are designed to meet both national and international industrial requirements.

Govt. ITI Padhar offers several trades, including:

• Draughtsman (Mechanical): A two-year engineering trade focusing on mechanical design and drafting.​

• Electrician: A two-year engineering trade covering electrical systems and installations.​

• Fitter: A two-year engineering trade involving assembly and maintenance of machinery.​

• Sewing Technology: A one-year non-engineering trade teaching garment construction and sewing machine operation.
